Published results: ESKAPE pathogens identified by BACLIB

In a paper published in Scientific Reports, Pataigin collaborators demonstrated identification of the ESKAPE pathogens using the BACLIB method licenses by Pataigin.

The ESKAPE pathogens are: Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter spp. These six pathogens are frequently resistant to a variety of antibiotics, and are critical issues in hospital-acquired and other infections.
